14K yellow gold gemstone bracelet made in Mexico circa late 1980s to early 1990s. It's no surprise that Mexican gold jewelry is as meticulously crafted as their silver jewelry. The gemstones are oval faceted, very clear medium colored smoky quartz and clear golden citrine, high quality and expertly cut. The four prong basket setting alternates the larger smoky quartz horizontally and smaller citrines vertically. Handcrafted box tab clasp with figure 8 safety completes. In excellent vintage condition with all the links solid, clasp fully functional, and gems firmly in place.
♦ Dimensions: The bracelet is 7 3/8 inches long (17.5 cm) and 3/16 inch wide (5 mm). 15 smoky quartz stones are 7 x 5 x 3 mm, about 9 carats total. 14 citrines are 4.5 x 3 x 2 mm, about 2 carats total. Total weight is 7.8 grams.
